I have been an educator in Dallas for seven years, teaching high school mathematics and computer science.

My name is Matthew Abernathy.I am currently teaching Pre-AP Pre-Calculus and Algebra 2 as well as pursuing my Masters of Education with a specialization in Gifted and Talented Education. I graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering and a minor in business. I love teaching upper-level mathematics. I am a patient tutor that will help strengthen basic skills to grow high-level performance.

I was awarded my PhD degree on Molecular Biophysics from UT Southwestern, and I also hold degrees in analytics, computer science, finance, business administration, biotechnology and engineering.
