I am a graduate student in affective neuroscience/biological psychology, with an undergraduate degree in philosophy, psychology and German studies. I am also fluent in Chinese.

Hey there! I'm Elle! I love tutoring students to get them better prepared for whatever they want to learn more about! I excel in English, Writing, and Literature but, I also enjoy tutoring other subjects! I like to make sure that my tutorees are learning concepts and strategies they can apply on their own so they can work individually in the future!

I'm excited to be a part of the Varsity Tutor's family! I believe we truly are all lifelong learners so it's it's important to have fun doing it. We are all different and so are our learning styles. Accordingly, I strive to teach in such a way that suites those individual styles and to meet each student where they are at.
