The most important step in the teaching process is understanding the learning style of the student and determining the specific challenges that they are having with a particular subject so that learning material can be tailored to them.

My inspiration comes from that moment when you look at a students face and know that they have just understood a concept. It is invigorating to know that you have helped empower a student with knowledge that no one can ever take away.
