I am currently a professional student at Mercer University working on my Doctor of Pharmacy. As an undergraduate, I attended Lenoir-Rhyne University where I double majored in Biology and Chemistry. Having tutored both subjects, I have been able to experience and explain a variety of problems and concepts that have given students trouble. My hope as a tutor is to help students overcome problems in their science courses and demonstrate that Science is fascinating!

My name is Bianca Byner and I have been teaching elementary students going on five years now. I chose elementary specifically because I believe that foundations are important and most critical for setting students up for success. I enjoy teaching math more than anything, but I am also great at teaching reading and writing. I look forward to having opportunities to engage young scholars and their parents in their education.

I am a middle school, 7th-grade teacher. I educate both general and special education students. I am highly qualified in all content areas, however, my strengths are ELA and Reading. I enjoy working one-on-one with students because it allows them to feel comfortable and ask questions they generally would not in the classroom. I create lessons to meet all learning styles.

Currently, I'm a third year dental student and I'm motivated to tutor. I tutored for about four years in my undergraduate and this is where I learned different learning strategies.
