The assistance of a Louisville GRE class can give you an edge over other students applying to the same programs. The three sections of the GRE will challenge you in a variety of subjects and test your range of skills. Achieving an impressive score on this test can help you stand out to admissions boards that are charged with reaching a decision regarding your application.
What will be covered during the Louisville GRE course?
The GRE is made up of three sections: Analytical Writing, Verbal Reasoning, and Quantitative Reasoning. There are a variety of question types, from multiple choice to written responses. For all three sections combined, you have a maximum of 3 hours and 45 minutes to finish. A Tuscon GRE course can zero in on enhancing the skills required to earn a high score on the exam. For your benefit, we will now look deeper into the structure of the exam, going through each section to examine the types of questions you will be asked.
The Analytical Writing section gives you 2 tasks to complete in 60 minutes. The first task requires you to analyze an issue, and the second challenges you to analyze an argument. Each task is its own part with an allotted time of 30 minutes for completion. Both tasks will require your analysis to be done as a written response. To earn a high score on this section, you will have to demonstrate superior writing skills and support your analysis with examples. You will be graded on a scale of 0-6 for this section.
The Verbal Reasoning portion has 2 sections consisting of 20 questions each. You have a total of 60 minutes to complete the Verbal Reasoning section. The three types of questions you will encounter in this section are reading comprehension, test completion, and sentence equivalence. For the reading comprehension questions, you will have to read passages ranging from one to several paragraphs. This section contains approximately 10 written passages. You will be asked 1-6 questions for each passage. These questions will test your aptitude in comprehending the written material. The test completion questions will present you with short passages with blank sections. You are given 3-5 options for each blank. The sentence equivalence questions will give part of a sentence. You will then have to use your analytical skills to figure out the best choice out of 6 for the remainder of the sentence. The Verbal Reasoning section is scored on a range from 130-170.
The Quantitative Reasoning section will test your math skills. This part of the exam is divided into two 2 sections containing 20 questions each. You are given an allotted time of 1 hour and 10 minutes to finish this section. You will need to showcase your understanding of concepts in areas such as arithmetic and data analysis. There are a variety of question formats in this portion of the exam, including numeric entry, quantitative comparison, and multiple choice.

Zackary: Louisville GRE course instructor
I have a Ph.D. in Theatre from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a masters degree in Educational Theatre from New York University, and is an honors graduate of Lewis and Clark Colleges theatre department in Portland, Oregon. In addition to my background in theatre, I regularly work with students to improve their writing and research skills.... I subscribe to a dialectical approach to education that relies on a myriad of voices and different perspectives in the classroom, and I believe that learning and teaching function best in a collaborative environment that values mutual discovery and collective reflection. As an educator, I structure all my interactions with students--be they in the classroom, in one-on-one advising sessions, or in the rehearsal hall--around the premise that I have as much to learn from them as they from me. In his work, Paulo Freire espouses the idea of the 'unfinishedness' of the individual learner; the constant state of revision that takes place as people continue to develop their understanding of themselves and the world around them. Like Freire, I see education as a partnership between teacher and student; an equal partnership where both parties continually learn, adapt, and influence each other. Education, therefore, becomes a process and not a goal; it is something that is never completed; a lifelong evolution of the mind. As an educator, I respect that process, and I hope to create an environment where students are able to revise and continually form their understanding of the world.
