Prior to my academic career at Columbia, I was a student-athlete at College of the Holy Cross, where I majored in International Relations. I am passionate about teaching because I love learning. My personal philosophy is to ensure all children succeed. I always try to understand how to help students excel. I put myself in their shoes to understand how they are perceiving the question or situation being presented. From there, I can help them master the assignment.
