I am an experienced research chemist, grades 6-12 general chemistry and college undergraduate general chemistry I & II lecture & lab instructor. I hold a masters of science degree in chemistry with emphasis on teaching. I am passionate about science, especially chemistry. My teaching style is making real world connections to abstract topics which encourages critical thinking and bolster a deeper understanding of the topic and if I'm lucky inspire interest and love in science.

I am currently a senior at Northwestern University and I will be receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies this spring. In the fall, I will begin attending law school at Northwestern Law. For many years, I tutored a wide range of students in Spanish, English literature, and writing. I have also continued to help many high school seniors with college application essays. While I tutor a variety of subjects, I am very passionate about helping students improve their reading and writing skills, and I really enjoy helping students with Critical Reading and Writing portions of Standardized Tests. I love working with students and helping them realize their full academic potential. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, exploring Chicago, reading, and cooking.

I am entering my senior year at Brandeis University. I am pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Business. I was the head of the Mathematics and Spanish Tutoring Departments in high school. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I spent this past semester in Milan, Italy with a study abroad program focused on strengthening my Italian language skills and taking an economics course at a local university. I am on the Brandeis Mens Club Volleyball team. I am passionate about learning and have always enjoyed helping others learn both in and outside of the classroom. I continued my passion for tutoring during my first year at Brandeis with a mentoring/tutoring program for 'English as a second language' (ESL) middle-school students. I am excited to continue tutoring now that I have some time before the next school semester starts.

I earned a B.S. Business Administration from the University of Southern California. I'm now pursuing a J.D. at NYU Law. I have tutored professionally and privately for four years now. Specifically, I tutor Math, English, History, Spanish, French, the SAT, and the LSAT. My favorite subject to teach is French because it is such a unique and interesting language, and it keeps me in practice.I teach my students by starting with the fundamentals and working my way up. This makes it easier for my students to remember what they have learned throughout the semester/year, and it helps them pick up new concepts quickly.When I am not studying or tutoring, I love to read, exercise, and explore. My favorite author is Stephen King, my favorite sports are basketball and snowboarding, and my favorite food is popcorn! I just recently moved to Manhattan, so I venture out into different parts of the city in my free time. So far, I have run into comedians, actors, and many more interesting people.

I attended graduate school in Ohio and completed my medical rotations in Columbus.I look forward to helping students in their educational journey!
