I am currently pursuing my master's degree in teaching English at USF. We are taught to teach students to think for themselves and that is what I want to teach my students. I want my students to be able to succeed in whatever they put their minds to.

I've tutored almost all ages. I truly believe learning can be fun and most of the time a person doesn't do well because a teacher doesn't teach according to the student's learning style. I've worked with grade school students and with middle and high school students. My interests are in the liberal arts areas; English, reading, writing and history. I enjoy traveling, reading, art projects, photography, learning about various DIY projects and gardening.

I believe that learning should be both dynamic and fun. The student needs to see that he or she is progressing while the tutor offers personal guidance, pertinent exercises and audio visual material as well as websites that the student can practice at in their spare time.
