I believe that learning should be both dynamic and fun. The student needs to see that he or she is progressing while the tutor offers personal guidance, pertinent exercises and audio visual material as well as websites that the student can practice at in their spare time. A successful tutoring experience is one in which the needs of the students are met and the expectations of the tutor are realistic. Personally I believe that learning almost any subject can increase the sense of personal worth and self esteem of any individual.
