I am a second-year veterinary student at North Carolina State University working towards my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree. I completed my Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University in Animal Science. I have always loved mathematics since I was little. It was always my favorite subject through school which lead me to pursue a mathematics degree at NC State University, which I currently attend as a sophomore. The most influential moments of my own education occurred during my professors' office hours during undergraduate and graduate schools. As a secondary science teacher, I find it difficult to provide students (in large classes with hectic schedules) with vital on-on-one instruction.
