I've tutored in London for over seven years, and I love the process of helping a student progress and gradually get better at a subject. It's what motivates me to keep teaching.

...which is why I am now focusing more on that aspect of teaching. While teaching full-time, I also had the opportunity to work with students in other subject areas such as Math. Thus, my overall experience in the education field has given me the tools necessary to help all my Varsity Tutors students succeed.

I have spent my life teaching and tutoring English and speech to students ages 16 to 80 in countries around the world. I have a BA in English and Theatre and an MA in Theatre and Journalism. I'm passionate about helping students be better communicators in English and to learn to love presenting.

I see my role as a tutor as one in which I first create an environment that facilitates learning while I provide the supplemental instruction. In this way, I will also be working to build the student's confidence to help them succeed in their academic pursuits.
