Helping students break through discomfort around Statistics and Math and feel empowered by the experience is one of my reasons for tutoring. As a former and current bookworm and write, I also love helping students see the importance of organized, clear writing. My hobbies include Ultimate Frisbee, Tennis, Creative Writing and Computer Science outside of academics.

Every student has his or her own learning strengths and weaknesses. A Good teacher is able to discern those strengths and weaknesses, and tailor the lessons to match the student's optimal learning method. I try to determine the student's learning strengths and weaknesses as part of my tutoring effort, so that the student can get the most out of our sessions.
