About Me

I am a recent graduate of Brown University currently working as a management consultant and a tutor, with experience tutoring students from elementary school to twenty-six. I have had experience tutoring with WriteFortheFuture, an intensive college application workshop, where I provided SAT preparation and college admissions essay consulting. I have also had the opportunity to tutor at elementary schools around Providence, Rhode Island. I tutor a wide range of subjects, with emphasis on Test Prep and Writing, but my main passions are Statistics and Literature. I fell in love with Statistics after taking courses in it that were outside of my comfort zone during school. Helping students break through discomfort around Statistics and Math and feel empowered by the experience is one of my reasons for tutoring. As a former and current bookworm and write, I also love helping students see the importance of organized, clear writing. My hobbies include Ultimate Frisbee, Tennis, Creative Writing and Computer Science outside of academics.
