I have experience with tutoring math throughout high school, and have been the director of several 12-30 person musical ensembles. I love learning how others learn, and exploring the many different approaches to understanding each concept that math has to offer. I have a degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington, and intend to pursue a graduate degree in Education within the next several years.

I embrace a student centered approach to student learning. This means that I let the student lead the discussion of a particular problem. I have been teaching for 6 years at the high school level, having come off a BS in Math with a minor in Physics from UC Merced(go bobcats).
