I love learning how others learn, and exploring the many different approaches to understanding each concept that math has to offer. I have a degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington, and intend to pursue a graduate degree in Education within the next several years.

I embrace a student centered approach to student learning. This means that I let the student lead the discussion of a particular problem. I have been teaching for 6 years at the high school level, having come off a BS in Math with a minor in Physics from UC Merced(go bobcats).

Over the last 20 years, I have seen all types of classes, teachers, exams, and homework. I've been the student, the tutor, the teacher, and the professor. Whatever it is that you need to get ready for, I will take the time to make sure you can get to where you want to be!
