Hi! My name is Brittany Wolfe. I have been teaching for five years and it is my passion and joy. In 2016 I graduated from Ohio University with my Bachelors of Science in education. I've taught for five years in first grade, and throughout this past school year, I have been working within the Dublin City Schools as a District substitute teacher. I've taught in thirteen of the fourteen different elementary schools, and I've had two long-term positions. In those positions, I worked as an intervention specialist in third grade, and taught fourth grade. I develop and facilitate academic and creative lesson plans for learners, promoting the ongoing development of physical, social, and emotional components with an emphasis on cognitive, speech, and literacy development and skills. I provide and model lessons and activities to stimulate curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving aligning with each child's development levels. With a warm and personable nature, I effectively communicate with students and families from diverse backgrounds to build trusting relationships and a supportive community. I am well-prepared to dedicate myself to the highest level of care and instruction you may need. I look forward to working with and inspiring students to become lifelong learners! :)
Undergraduate Degree: Ohio State University-Main Campus - Bachelor of Science, Early Childhood Education
I love spending time with my family, friends, and my dog Winston. Hiking, biking, kayaking (truly most outdoor activities), singing, listening and dancing to music are a few of my favorite things!
