I taught high school English in a brick-and-mortar classroom for eight years. I'm that nerdy, overly excited English teacher who gets really into discussions and trying to help my students learn to love and appreciate the power of language--written and spoken. It's so cool to find references to literature in every day life, and it's fun when my students start to see that, too.
