I received my Elementary Education degree in 1995 from Eastern Kentucky University where my emphasis was math. In 2018, I earned my Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana Wesleyan University. I have spent the last 20 years working in early childhood education as both a teacher and a director. Currently I am blessed to be the Director of Operations at a local preschool in Fishers, IN. We have over 200 students and I not only run the day to day operations and HR side of the school, but spend time in the classrooms helping teachers with instructional strategies.

Children are such a great gift. One of the things that I absolutely love about them is the joy that they possess. I love it when I am able to play a small part in turning that inward joy into a joy in and love for learning.
