As a champion of life-long learning, I am pursuing my EdD in Curriculum and Instruction at Capella University. Having completed my MS in Literacy from Capella in 2016, my desire to help readers of all ages is still at the forefront of my personal and professional goals. My background in Language Arts and English education also serve as a foundation for supporting strong readers and writers.

I've been a camp counselor, reading and writing tutor, and teaching assistant for many years and I'm here to help students reach their full potential. Working with people, especially children and teenagers, is my passion, and I am looking forward to all of the opportunities I will have to connect with, instruct, and learn from students.

I am a graduate student living in New York and have been tutoring and teaching test prep classes for the past several years. I love working with students to help them gain confidence and understanding in subjects that have been giving them trouble, and I strive to make learning the most positive and enjoyable experience possible!
