Reading a test can sometimes feel like learning a second language, and I emphasize that, not only is understanding it doable, but it IS possible to own it and make it approachable in a way that works personally with you. This makes every test afterward much less psychologically taxing and, oftentimes, that is the biggest hurdle students face in this day and age.

As a tutor, I am passionate about supporting students in reaching their highest potential in any given subject. I have had the honor of aiding teachers in the subjects of reading, writing, history and reading intervention. My experience includes English tutoring on-line, as well as in person instruction at both the elementary and middle school level. Working with students of all ages is exciting for me and I love seeing growth at every level.
