My goal when tutoring is to not only help students learn how to get the right answer but help them understand why that answer is correct. I've found that one of the main reasons students struggle is due to a lack of interest in the material and that this can be solved by making the learning process more personal and engaging.

I come with a B.S in applied mathematics and Masters in information systems. I currently work on the side at a large start up in the technology sector and I have great connections within that industry. I have been studying and tutoring in mathematics my entire life.
