I am a Chemical Engineer for Techverse, Inc. I have a passion for sustainability and I desire to seek green solutions using physical chemistry. My subjects of expertise are chemistry, organic chem, calculus, physical chemistry, chemical process design, and all prerequisite maths. In my spare time I enjoy playing guitar, hiking, rock climbing, and reading.

Knowledge is accessible to all. One of the most common problems I see is students trying to learn or being taught in a way that doesn't access the way they learn best. I approach all learning from multiple directions to utilize the most efficient route to content mastery for all students.

After serving as an intelligence officer in the Air Force for seven years, I completed a doctoral program in American Literature at UNC-Chapel Hill. Since then, I have edited a literary journal, managed a research center, and published several peer-reviewed articles on American autobiography, fiction, and poetry. I live with my wife and three daughters in Durham, North Carolina.
