I enjoy teaching math because to the student who doesn't understand, it is a riddle with no answer. By teaching them how to recognize the type of problem and how to decode the clues, the student gets to be on the other side of the riddle, the side on which they solve it and feel good about it.

I received a B.A. in Psychology and Mathematics/Statistics from Luther College in 2016, as well as completing a minor in environmental studies.
