Hi, I'm Emily! I'm in my junior year of college at the University of Minnesota. I'm an honors student majoring in biomedical engineering and minoring in mathematics. I've always loved math, and I'm eager to help others understand the subject better.
I know that struggling with a subject can be incredibly frustrating and stressful, and math in particular is a difficult topic to master for a lot of people. The pathway to mastery involves figuring out what your learning style is and identifying key areas of misunderstanding. Knowing exactly what you're struggling with is the first step to finally understanding it. I want to help students identify their main sources of confusion and what their learning style is so we can work together to boost their understanding and appreciation for math.
