I first began tutoring in college the Tutor's Learning Studio. I helped other students in many courses like Biology, Chemistry and Nursing classes. I found great joy in helping others in difficult courses that I have been through myself, and I hope to extend that help to students here at Varsity Tutors!

I'm a research fellow at the National Institutes of Health. I work on vaccines for parasitic diseases. My main interests are in global health and biodefense. I went to Johns Hopkins undergrad and for a masters in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology. My tutoring hallmark is teaching effective study habits.
