I am a Graduate of the University of Michigan with a major in Film & Communication. Over the past couple of years, I have had the wonderful opportunities to teach in Detroit, South Africa, and Morocco. I am dedicated to empowering students through education by providing them with the skills necessary to succeed in and out of the classroom.

Hi! I've been an educator for 22 years, as of this year-2018. During these years, I have focused on teaching younger students who have not been successful in school and helping them regain confidence in learning. In my view, preparation for school success is the key, not just academic skills. Moreover, education is not going to school; education is life!

I have about 6 years of teaching experience through various programs, with students 7-25 years of age. English and Math are my best subjects. I like to help students discover the style of learning that best helps them conquer their study materials! I am a mechanical engineer who enjoys the interactive education. I am a researcher at Wayne State University working on my Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering. I have had a number of tutoring experiences teaching math, science, and SAT prep, to name a few.
