As a tutor, I approach each student differently as all students have the capability to learn well, but each student learns differently. I like to take time to engage the student not only with problems to solve, but also with conversation making sure that they not only understand each step in the process, but also are able to apply what they learn in their own unique way to perform well and grow as students.
