I'm an engineering major who is passionate about teaching and loves to work with kids.... My teaching philosophy is learning by doing. It's important that students practice the skills they learn right away through guided and unguided practice problems. Students should be given the chance to figure out the problem for themselves before help is given.

My key to good teaching is simplicity. Also, a lot of guided practice, then, independent in the real world.
