As a passionate educator with a Master's in Environmental Engineering from New Mexico State University, I have over 9 years of professional experience in the environmental field (including government and industry). In addition, I have over 2 years of tutoring experience, specializing in subjects such as Adult ESL/ELL and Environmental Science. My teaching philosophy centers around creating a supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to express themselves and explore complex topics. I strive to connect with each student by understanding their unique needs and interests, which fosters engagement and academic success.
