A life-long love of learning has by no means meant that school was always easy for me. On the contrary, I was your classic problem student until my sophomore year in high school. Thankfully, I managed to rally in time to earn a place at Princeton. From there, I ultimately went on to earn both a J.D. and Ph.D. In short, the trials and tribulations of current students are all too familiar to me, and I enjoy helping them to turn things around.
History is my passion, but I have a great appreciation of the more prosaic subjects, notably economics and finance.
I am the father of three.
