Every student is like a crayon; all different, all sharp and all an awesome part of completing the box!

Discuss their needs and where they feel they are in their academics.

Giving them tools to be successful across all content areas.

How would you help a student stay motivated?

Constant encouragement and celebrating the small success!

Motivate them to keep trying and redirect my instruction.

How do you help students who are struggling with reading comprehension?

Give them skills to assist with decoding and context clues.

What strategies have you found to be most successful when you start to work with a student?

Asking them their academic goals and helping them achieve them.
