I don't mind helping people with homework, especially if I can guide them through figuring it out, but what I really want out of this job is to teach good programming. It may be highly scientific field but there is absolutely an art to it, and that art gives you job security.

Teaching is my passion, so I'm putting my passion to use! I am a certified teacher for grades PK-8. I am currently a Pre-K teacher in OKC, but I find myself itching to tutor. I find that the best learning comes from one-on-one interactions. Nothing brightens my day like helping someone reach a lightbulb moment (pun intended).

I am a recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma, from where I received my bachelor's in biochemistry. I started tutoring in high school, working mostly with elementary school students on their reading and math. Since then, I've also loved assisting students with ACT prep as well as learning English, as well as many other subjects. Tutoring has given me a way to grow and learn just like the students I tutor.
