About Me

After many happy, productive years as a teacher (mostly in elementary school), I'm ready to step away from my classroom; however, helping students thrive, grow, and achieve is still an exciting challenge that I'd like to stay connected too. I started tutoring when I was in high school (working with younger children). This carried forward to college working for my campus's writing center, and continued into my career as a classroom teacher. I can help an elementary student with whatever subject they might need, and a middle school or high school student with literature or writing.
