About Me

I studied at Lewis & Clark College, where I graduated cum laude in Math and Physics. Since then, I've worn many hats, including math tutor, cook and farmer. Most recently, I worked at a summer camp and retreat center in Southern California, developing experiential nature programming for campers aged 7-17. I've spent over four years tutoring a range of high school and college-level math, and I believe tutoring is a balance between clarifying concepts and building strong, trusting relationships with students. After all, every education should be inspiring and enjoyable! When not tutoring, you can find me cooking, playing the drums, or weaving on my new loom.
