About Me

I graduated from the University of Arizona in 2002 with a B.S. in Chemistry along with minors in math and physics. I currently work as a middle school math teacher, but have experience teaching students from first grade up through eighth grade. I have also taught elementary science first through fourth grade and have been formally teaching for five years. I am passionate about the subjects of math and science. I believe that a student's ability to learn should be the skill that is honed above all others and encourage the use of learning from one's mistakes to improve academically. My spare time is typically taken up with playing soccer, home improvement projects, crossword puzzles, and reading.
