About Me

I am a junior at the University of Arizona on a National Merit Scholarship working towards degrees in Japanese and Computer Science. I spent a few years in Japan as a volunteer, and one of the things I did was teach English conversation, in groups from as many as twenty-five to as a few as three. I'll be earning my JLPT N1 certification later this year -- Japanese is my favorite subject to tutor, but I also enjoy mathematics. I am a firm believer that the ability to do well in studying comes not only from content knowledge, but also from knowing the test and the strategies for taking the test. In my free time, I enjoy computers programming, video games, and just about anything from Japan.
