All three Levels can be taken annually in June with an additional test date for the Level I exam in December.

CFA Level II has 120 multiple-choice questions with 18 case statements while CFA Level III combines constructed response or essay questions with multiple-choice questions that test you primarily on portfolio management and wealth planning.
