I am a graduate student studying environmental policy, however, I graduated with a B.S. in Biology and have 6 months of Medical School under my belt. I enjoy teaching and finding new ways of explaining concepts in order to cater to a wider variety of learning types and students.

Learning should happen in a fun and supportive environment. Each student learns their own way and needs a different level of help, which is why I cater each lesson to the students specific needs and learning style. The right tutor can change the way one student feels about learning and accepting challenges.

My goal is to get my students to the point where they no longer need me. I like to focus on the underlying concepts so that students can apply what we learn in our sessions to problems they haven't seen before. After our sessions, my students should be able to have a concrete plan when attempting a new problem and be able to extrapolate their knowledge of concepts to master the details....
