I was born and raised in Japan, and moved from Yokohama to Texas in 2017. I understand how challenging learning another language can be as I myself didn't grow up in an English speaking environment. To make the learning fun and exciting for students, I dedicate myself to constantly seeking and finding creative teaching methods.

Teaching is my passion. As a school teacher in Japan, I loved watching my students grow. I home schooled my three sons in America and am ready to share my knowledge with new students learning Japanese. I am skilled in calligraphy and writing Japanese.

I am native Japanese with more than 20 years of professional experience as a middle/ high school language teacher ,tutor and interpreter/translator. I enjoy teaching and design my courses so my students will enjoy leaning. My session addresses each learner's needs, whether it is for academic, professional or personal interests.
