I am a Seattle-based actress and singer originally from Illinois -- I moved to the Seattle area in 2000. I also work part-time at a non-profit guardianship firm downtown. (We look out for the financial and healthcare needs of the elderly and the physically and mentally disabled.) I am an anglophile and ailurophile (look them up! :-)), and I love theatre, movies, Gonzaga basketball (I went to law school there), and Chicago Cubs baseball.

My name is Gloria and I am a first generation, international student who recently completed a PhD in Art History at the University of Washington in Seattle. I am passionate about teaching art history and tutoring students who want to improve their writing, critical thinking, and visual literacy skills.
