...this experience shaped my understanding of the current educational needs in private and public institutions. Many children needed one-to-one tutoring, which I could not provide as a teacher. I enjoy teaching in a classroom, but I found that my strengths lie in one-to-one interaction. It is easy for students to fall behind, especially with the increasing classroom size. A lot of learning happens outside of school, and without guidance, this learning is often not effective....

I'm a former STEM high school teacher and advisor. Currently I support high school students prepare for what is next once they graduate.
