I am a Colorado native with an ever growing love for reading and writing.

It's okay if studying is difficult. We actually learn more when we have to work hard for it! I love teaching and learning, and celebrate a mindset that will help learners grow step by step. I tutor a wide range of subjects, with particular expertise in the sciences and English. I look forward to working with each of my clients to meet their specific goals.

I'm Courtney, I am currently studying to teach secondary English and would love the opportunity to help your student with their reading, phonics, composition and language; as well as ACT or SAT prep with an emphasis on the reading and writing sections. I'm happy to work with all ages but think I could be most effective with Elementary and Middle School students.

I like to help people get past these barriers and unleash their inner voice! Sometimes, though, people have other, more specific barriers to overcome (like passing a test!), and I love being able to help people with these objectives as well. Besides teaching and literature, I have that keeps me busy....
