I am deeply passionate about helping students because I believe that learning a new language opens doors to new opportunities and deeper cultural understanding. As someone who has traveled and lived abroad in countries like Canada and the UK, I understand firsthand the value of effective communication across cultures. Over the past 10 years, I have dedicated myself to teaching Spanish to small groups of retired Americans and Canadians in Mexico. My goal is to help them not only master the language but also understand the cultural nuances that are vital to meaningful communication with locals. It is incredibly rewarding to see my students grow confident in their ability to navigate their new surroundings.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Finance and Administration from ITESO (Instituto Tecnolgico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente). Since then, I have expanded my professional experience in two key areas: teaching and media management. In addition to my teaching work, for the past five years, I have served as a media manager for government and political campaigns in Jalisco. This role allowed me to gain valuable knowledge in social media, marketing, and politics, further broadening my expertise.

I tutor subjects such as Spanish language and cultural immersion, with a particular passion for teaching Spanish in a versatile, fun, and engaging way. My approach mimics the natural process of how we teach children to speak, read, and writemaking it intuitive and enjoyable for learners. I believe that making the learning experience dynamic helps students absorb the material better, fostering a deeper connection to the language.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in patience, adaptability, and creating a positive, supportive environment. I tailor my methods to suit each student's learning style, ensuring they are comfortable and motivated to reach their goals. I see tutoring as a partnership, where students feel encouraged to actively participate and grow at their own pace.

Outside of academia, I enjoy spending time outdoors. Hiking and climbing are my favorite pastimes, allowing me to recharge and stay grounded. These activities also inspire me to bring energy and creativity into my lessons, ensuring that each tutoring session is not only educational but also exciting for my students.
