I did my masters in Pharmaceutical Science from Jawharlal Nehru Technology University, India. I have total Eight years of teaching experience as onsite Teacher. Among six years as an lecturer at pharmacy college and two years as Science teacher at School. My experience in education has led me to believe that there are keys for successful teaching, deep disciplinary knowledge, high expectation, fostering interaction between teachers and students. I have teach from basic concept in order to make subject easy to understand. I have deep knowledge in biology and Chemistry subjects. I have varsitile knowledge in many subjects related science such as Biochemistry, physiolosy, pharmcology , microbiology and so on. That is crucial, students need to trust their instructor
and teachers. I cultivate trust by possessing deep knowledge and being meticulously prepared
for class.Trusting my expertise allows students to have confidence in messaging and respect me as an
instructor and teacher. In my experience, daily quizzes can be a successful tool that fosters
interaction allows me to discover which concepts were not fully
understood and revisit them in a timely manner. This helps to build knowledge from one day to
the next day, increasing connectivity between subject and ideas. When quizzes show that the
students understood the lesson. I have successfully incorporated several methods into my
teaching that involve engaging students with course material and empowering them to take
control of their learning process. For example, after lecture or reading assignment give a small
group of students a set of current topics, real world problems, group discussion and debate .
Which are then shared and discussed with the class. I have found that once students engage with peers, they feel safer asking questions and participating in class wide discussion. Further, I would
encourage short write-ups and presentations to help the students develop their communication
and writing skills. I believe that teaching is a great way to keep learning and it is not to mean who
has the highest qualification, but that makes a better world.
