I have educated students of 18+ for over a decade in small groups and large groups on topics of health, fitness, nutrition, anatomy, physiology, and exercise science. I enjoy helping people unlock the fun and magic of understanding these topics and use many different methods and teaching styles to help my students learn in meaningful and effective ways.
