I received my education through both on-campus and online platforms leading to my degree, certifications and licensure registration while mentoring throughout each step of my +20-year career.

My philosophy in providing education is to establish open and honest communication with clear and concise goals that are then combined with routine evaluation and assessment of progress. In my experience, the idea of "see one, do one, teach one" has had profound results not only in ensuring that my job has been done in providing the necessary material but that there is accurate retention and practical application of that material.
