I have had a passion for working with young people since I was a kid myself. I have held many positions such as camp counselor, nanny, and babysitter. I worked as a student teacher for a year in a kindergarten classroom as I completed Early Childhood Education 101. I am currently working towards my education degree with a minor in creative writing and a possible double major in english. As well as my passion for working with children, I have a passion for the english language. I have been published multiple times and won three awards from the Scholastic Writing Foundation for poetry, literary analysis, and critical and research essays. I tutor for anything falling under the english category, especially writing. I love helping people find their voice and working together with them to discover the best way to put that voice into written words. Every person is different and writing is a deeply personal activity, no matter the subject. I am honored to help anyone in their journey to become a better wordsmith.
