I believe that no matter where you start in this life, you have the opportunity to achieve great things through education and applying yourself. I received my B.A. degree in Education from the University of South Florida, and a M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from National-Louis University in Chicago, IL. I have over 20 years experience in teaching Elemantary (grades K-6) Language Arts, Reading, Science, Geography, and Math. I have 12 years teaching in Hillsborough County Tampa and 3 years teaching Middle School 6-9 in Halifax Nova Scotia Canada. I spent 5 years as an Educational Trainer/Consultant for an software development company out of NYC. I trained teachers, principals, and district leader administrators on my company's software program designed to identify high risk students.
we worked with school districts all over the USA. Reading and Language Arts is my favorite subjects. I have a great sense of humor, I love reading books, playing tennis and living a very healthy active lifestyle. I love working with kids and enjoy seeing them mature and grow and progress in all subject areas.
