I like to teach by using examples and supplemental materials where needed. Where the students leads me to the final answer, with me filling in any areas they do not understand, I feel as if the tutoring session is a lot more beneficial to them. I am very patient and always willing to explain something in different ways if the first way does not make sense. I think it is wonderful when a student takes ownership of their learning and is excited to learn new material!
