I am a student whose mission is to help others make the complex simple.

My name is Rene Quinteros, I am a current undergraduate student at Northern Arizona University. I am a Microbiology major with a Chemistry minor, along with a Modern Language major with an emphasis in French. I am a member of the Honors College and IGP. I have always taken my academics seriously, and I am always one to push myself to personal intellectual limits.

However, I know that taking care of your mental health is important in school. I hope as a tutor I can help to relieve some of the pressure and anxiety that students face every day. For hobbies; I draw, play viola, swim, hike, do archery, practice French, and work with plants.

I have never tutored a student professionally, however, I have worked with students from elementary school into college on various subjects. While I am best known for my knowledge of biology, I also tutor numerous other academic areas. I have been playing viola for ten years now and have performed in various symphonic orchestras in Arizona. Art has been a part of my life for nearly twelve years now, and I enjoy teaching others how to draw, allowing them to get their emotions out onto the paper or canvas. No matter what I do, I always put my entire effort, my entire being into it. I take pride in what I do.
