I attended Dartmouth College, where I majored in Cognitive Science and English, but I've been tutoring since I was a high schooler in Pittsburgh. I love sitting down with another person and just working through concepts until we can talk about them fluently together. I've tutored in a wide range of subjects, but I especially love working with students on standardized tests. I like to help people develop an individualized strategy for tackling problems, and help them understand their own thought processes so they can gradually begin to catch themselves before they make mistakes. When I'm not dreaming up new testing strategies, I'm usually playing Ultimate Frisbee, working on a writing project, or practicing the accordion.
